Project Plan #19

The project plan include the following sections:

(1) Problem Description, (2) Requirements Analysis and Preliminary System Design, (3) Weekly SCM files and folders for traceability (what where how who time), in plain text files (4) Work Plan (breakdown among members, milestones, estimated schedules, hours).

The final report includes the following sections:

(1) All sections refined from the project plan (Jayesh) (2) Final System Design (Jayesh) System Architecture Approach Tradeoffs (build vs. tools) Data Structures Approach Tradeoffs (3) System Testing Plan and Test Results (Warsame) (4) Lessons Learned (Rajesh) (5) Project Summary (Rajesh) (6) Weekly SCM files / folders, (Rajesh) Task/Effort Analysis (All) (7) Visual Materials (document printout, final project plan, slides, user manual) (Rajesh) (8) A (short) User Manual, (Jayesh) (9) Post-project analyses (Rajesh) (10) All the project related materials (programs, and executable files) (Jayesh) (11) Metrics and Measurement (Jayesh) (12) References (Jayesh/Rajesh) (13) Requirements (Rajesh) Object Oriented Analysis (table)

10) Are we actually going to try to fit in our word document the project slides ? (9) - We can include here the objectives and comparison of objectives.

We've already turned in the project slides, so that we don't need to do again. Some of the content from the slides - Measurements, Testing, Design Decisions - may need to be added only.
