Wrong version in field jsonrpc in Error response in JsonRpcServer.handleObject() #35

There is wrong version ("jsonrpc") in Error response sent in 
JsonRpcServer.handleObject() when request validation failed.

Attached is proposed patch.

Forgot to mention version info. 

Here it is:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
winxp, java 1.7, jsonrpc4j-0.24.jar
