_Merges ph22541 -> master

Improve batching in CCX

I dropped the batch size to 1k since I was seeing some problems on the currently running pods (extremely long runtime)
~~I ordered by random so that we don't try to classify the same things over and over again.~~ I struck this one because it took too long to execute the query. Contract is getting big.
