How can I change stories' thumbnail? #70

Thumbnails are automatically taken from the first tag you added to story. Currently, only Admins can add thumbnails to tags.

@rayeshman Everyone can see tags and search through them, but only Approved and Founder users can create/update the tags. As I looked your profile, You're an Approved user.
