Rename wells based on field observations of HGMZ + PFT

• [x] Rename EEF-XA1N to EWR-XA1N; "aside gravel bar in willows" noted on 07/05/2021
• [x] Consider renaming EFF-XA2N to EFR, note that it's clearly riparian and pines within 2 meters on 07/05/2021
• [x] EET-XB4S to EER-XB4S, downslope of terrace, out of pine canopy; noted 07/05/2021
• [x] EFR-XB2N to EHR-XB2N
• [x] EFR-XB3N to EWR-XB3N, at edge of willow canopy; noted 07/05/2021
• [x] EFR-XB4N to EWR-XB4N, clearly willow; noted 07/05/2021
• [x] EFF-XA1N is surrounded by willows and sedge, closest pine is >4m away; noted 11/28/2023. Need to confirm: should be EWF-XA1N?
• [x] B4S: is it EET or EHT?
• [x] D1N: KHR or KWR?
