Update Google API client dependency #35

In order to update the underlaying Google API client, we needed to introduce some breaking changes to the PlayStore functionality. If you're upgrading from a CandyCheck version < 0.2.0 see the migration guide for more information.

@jnbt still WIP. Accidentally pressed the "ready for review" button and sadly can't bring the PR back into draft status.

Coverage decreased (-0.3%) to 98.389% when pulling c2e9804e19794b5e68abb88db3c4e6ee9f6df06f on play_store_refactor into 28872f98ba5c26cd2dd7f395d5c03090ecf13bea on master.
