Remove server IP restriction on live server http://pre-live.jncc.gov.uk/ but replace with password protection – only one user and password required

this is to allow external access to the server but still keep it hidden

this could do with being done asap

Server IP restriction has been removed but a password wont be applied as it breaks publishing
