Use the ResourceSpace API to retrieve images for MHC #102

The MHC images are hosted on https://jncc.resourcespace.com/

This apparently has an API which we could use to find the images and pull captions from. This would negate the need for storing the URLs/captions separately in the MHC database.

based on meta data attribute on specific images research the api features mockup how images are to be used on mhc page
