Replicate - rename "sample" fields to "replicate" #31

Maintains "in-system" consistency and sense, breaks MEDIN convention but this is allowable. Requires changing in both schema and wireframe.

Following fields:

sampleLength
sampleWidth
sampleArea
sample Volume
samplePenetrationDepthUpper
samplePenetrationDepthLower
