Clarify file download formats #61

In terms of exporting data, could you confirm list of the file formats that we need to deliver?

csv. xml if we want to be able to export MEDIN metadata

I'd agree with the above, and add .shp and associated files for the spatial data

shp may struggle with the large file sizes and/or field names. I'd suggest using GeoJSON, GML or GeoPackages instead, but this is dependent on the group's ability to handle these spatial data types.

@jncc/marine-recorder what are your abilities of handling the above modern spatial types?

@GMDuncan DASSH can handle GeoJSON and very likely GPKG (available extension, which we don't think we have installed, but it's trivial to add it), and probably GML, but we'll get back to you with more detail

Are we talking formats or filetypes? CSV is fine as filetype for most usecases.....format should include DwC-A/OBIS-ENV
