When I was deleting a start record I didn't need, I managed to delete the entire 'land' layer - should this be possible for the user? #68

Sounds like that layer is not set to read only when it should be. I've checked the version on my mobile (not the most recent) and it looks like I can delete land polygons, though I can't remove the entire layer. @Emmawilsonjncc I assume that the land layer is still visible in the layer control?

@ClaireLush please could you check the config for this?

@MikeLush Land is still shown in the left hand panel but all UK mainland is gone!

Yes, that's what I experienced. Apparently it was configured as read only, but then we replaced the layer and failed to update the config!
