Added several columns with various information
Modified styling to remove .dropdown styling since it was no longer used
Closed courses now have strikethrough applied to the entire row instead of the single cell
Filter dropdowns are now dynamically generated with consistent formatting, but they currently do not affect the table
The "sort by" dropdown formatting matches the filters but is unimplemented
Deleted broken code for filters and sorting
Fixes #84
