I just solved the problem.
It was a character in HC league on level 1 - The one from Closed Beta. I was 
never on him since OB started, neither I created any other character on HC 
league. I logged on him now, killed the first zombie and logged off. 
Now it gets past this without error.
So maybe you could look into it. 
Someone can have the same problem.

Thanks for the update, we had thought this was fixed with our last version, but 
I guess not.

It's difficult for us to track down, as we need to have an account with a 
closed beta hardcore character that hasn't been logged into. The debug log you 
provided does help though!
