Unhandled Error starting. #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Starting the program, instead I get :
"There was an unhandled error - Sorry! Please send the debuginfo.log to one of 
the developers. For quickest response please log a ticket on our google code 
page at 'url'"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.0.9 on Win7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi there getting the same error.

Trying to run 0.0.9 on windows 7 with .NET 4 installed.

I assume you're running the compiled version, and haven't made any changes to 
the Procurement code yourself?

This seems to be a .NET issue, I would look at repairing/reinstalling .NET
