Can't install on Raspberry octoprint 1.3.11 #146

Hi, I can't install from Octoprint Plugin Manager with CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:661)

I attach log file plugin_pluginmanager_console.log

How can i Resol the Issue Thanks Alberto
