In the bed visualiser the correction/adjustment panel is incredibly useful. However it is confusing that the Y axis zero is the top of the table not the bottom. If there was a feature to revserve the Y-axis then the correction values would make more sense

There's an option in settings for the adjustment table to use descending y axis...
