Feature Request: Add support for PSUControl natively

Hi!

My printer power supply is controlled by the well-supported plugin "PSUControl"

When the print scheduler notices a job to schedule I would like it to turn on my printer.

The following should be implemented

A setting "turning on" this function
When a job starts, the plugin triggers "turn_psu_on" helper from "psucontrol"
Wait for the printer to boot and connect - PSU Control has the option of connecting after a number of seconds (user defined in settings)

There is no need to deal with "turn off" as there are already settings in PSU control to detect an idle printer

Although I appreciate your contribution/PR I don't want the plugin to end up with a bunch of feature creep. This is why I have the open-ended system and gcode commands options in settings. You may have missed this section in the Wiki?
