Add Creality "jpg begin" parsing #96

The Ender-3 V2 Neo firmware expects embedded images to start with "; jpg begin". This format is generated by Creality's slicer (and my Cura 5 plugin). This adds parsing for Octoprint

Thanks @KenHuffman I've merged into RC and released version 1.0.2rc2. You can switch to release candidate channel for the plugin in Software Update settings and update when prompted.
