What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export wordpress xml
2. Used wordpress2blogger converstion tool
3. import feature on blogger

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
uploaded blogs.

Having the same issue with the same error code but trying to migrate a Moveable 
Type 
blog.  
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export Moveable Type xml
2. Used moveabletype2blogger converstion tool
3. import feature on blogger

Current Version of blogger - IE8 and Firefox, Windows Vista Business
