Support the update of a version store with a new version #22

Currently, the load script loads a whole sequence of versions into an empty data store.

For larger vocabularies, or for vocabularies updated quite often, it would be helpful to have an option to

load only one version, supposing
this version is the next version to the current version in the store
this version becomes the new current version
compute the deltas to all prior versions
