Hi! Hi hi hi!

Idk of your long-term plans for blinder, and i noticed the OSFeels fork, but i wanna use it too for rust belt rust, sooooo I updated some stuff, made some stuff more generic, and added some instructions for getting started and directions in other places.

I'm still working on the tests and deploying instructions <3 I'll open new PRs for those!
