Add nojekyll file #55

Add a .nojekyll to the gh-pages branch so the correct action is used when building and deploying.

@jni It looks like the action for deploying from the gh-pages branch did not run. I think you might need to configure it in settings > pages after merging this PR because I think it will fail otherwise.
