Consider scale and translation in apply_tf #83

This addresses issue #80 and #82. I created a new branch to share my (insufficient) solution for considering scaling and translation.

I had a quick look into the CompositeAffine utility but it seems a bit over my head. Especially if we want to avoid importing from napari. I'd be happy to work on this together in case it gives you some motivation ^^.
