Matched assignments to missing lines #24

It looks like after validating an experiment line - if a conflict exists with another molecule.. the assignment still remains.

Looks like there are only two solutions to this...

  1. Re-Analyse the experiment post validation...
  2. Alert user of conflict... have them make a choice.
