css-gui doesn't updated h5 files #72

Where are the 'types' (artifact, MU, SU) read by css-gui? I update the types and save but the h5 files aren't updated.

I can create a mat file with the timestamps and classes, but this is also missing the type.

I need to be able to either merge undetected artifacts into the 'artifact' type (which isn't possible in css-gui) or read the type out afterwards, but I can't find any way to do this.
