NDR Plus was renamed to NDR Schlager at 2021-11-01. Aside from the renaming was added a new logo and the URL was fixed.
The URL was found by guessing. The "official" public URL is https://www.ndr.de/resources/metadaten/audio/m3u/ndrschlager.m3u which points to http://icecast.ndr.de/ndr/ndrschlager/live/mp3/128/stream.mp3 and redirects from there, documented at https://www.ndr.de/service/Die-Radio-Livestream-Links,livestreams101.html
