Add Summary Field menu item on root node causes null reference exception #13

Defect discovered while preparing the XAF XCRM demo guide.

Correction: Add Summary Field does show up every time Add Calculated Field does and inserts at the same location. I'm just not used to complex object data nodes and expected both menu items to be available for those tree nodes.

What does happen is a NullReferenceException when you click Add Summary Field on the root node.
