Need scheduled automatic refreshing of mail #21

Currently mail is refreshed every 30 seconds only if a user performs an action 
within the wobmail 
interface. However, if a user does not perform any action the mail is not 
automatically updated.

We need:
1) Automatic update schedule (accessible via Preferences screen).
2) To be able to select 5, 10, 15 minute intervals etc.
