Need page titles fixed and to be more meaningful #8

Currently, the title of every page is XytraWebMail.  This is the old name of 
the project.

Expected behaviour:
Each page title should start with "Wobmail :: " followed by the name of the 
page.

Impact:
The current name could be confusing.
