More specific times for log intervals #128

Rather than use coarse/medium/fine, it would be helpful to either specify the
time intervals those terms are intended to represent, or to provide a broad
selection of invervals. [Say, 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min.] A
broader selection of intervals could [possibly] save battery life [there
appears to be some debate about that, given Android's GPS modality], and would
certainly give users a more specific idea of the frequency of log points.

The exact numbers are noted at:

r_the_logging_precision?

An advanced option to specify exact period and distance for the GPS interval
could be useful for experienced users.

Add an optional exact elaboration 'help' to the predefined ones
