Migrate the Xaver to a PC. #1

As I and Jacob lives in two different parts of Sweden and I do not need the Xavier for my part I can migrate my parts from the Xavier to a PC running Ubuntu 18.04. In this way, the Xavier is free for Jacobs vision algorithms.
