LocKit tlanslation integration #476

We have the tool for automatic generation of a localization kit from .desktop 
and .directory files.

We need a tool to convert the translation back into these files.

I think, it's a good occasion to use my new text generator.

Created the ODS-table, that generates the CSV-table, which is used by the 
automatic text generator to generate all needed .desktop and .directory files.

Done all the work, now need to write down the instructions and commit the

We have working set of lockit integration scripts. Documentation will be ready 
later.

проставил майлстоун PostRelease. Эти задачи 
будут делаться после релиза версии 1.0, ибо 
относятся к поддержке MJ1, а не к самому 
релизу.
