Pug migration from Jade name change #325

Simple search and replace in code followed by updating the package.json info (plus the package pug-lint which may have not been needed). Additionally, updates all the demos to work. This is the extent of testing.

Pug was finally released last month, if you're still interested please to update this PR and I'll review

Yar, I'll be happy to update as soon as I have some time; may be a month or so, though, so if you happen to get around to it beforehand I definitely won't feel sniped or anything.
