Not able to view the MSN contact List Email #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Get YourClient ID
2.Secret Key
3.

After the ClientID and SecretKey able to login but MSN / Hotmail contact list 
not able to get the Emials.

MSN doesn't provide email of friends.
