FATAL ERROR: Error: Unrecognized command: "StackReg " in Line 262

I have scoured the readMe and the code's extra information in order to trouble shoot a problem, unfortunately I have been able to recognize what I am doing wrong.

Originally, I had downloaded the StackReg and TurboReg on the site originally suggested, but within the Fiji Console where errors pop up with red text, it would state "StackReg_ not up-to-date because 1 source files are not up-to-date...". In the end, the program would (for the majority of the way) work requesting the mask region and gauging for the files. (I used your test files to see how it all worked, because mine were unsuccessful so far). However, it did not give what was shown in the "example output folder" of the cytoseg2.0-master folder. Any analysis therefore, was not done.

Then I went on to the BIG-EPFL website, and followed the prompts to download and update files through their automatic fiji update through the "manage update sites" as is recommended by the website, as I figured it had to have a more up-to-date StackReg. Now I get a fatal error not allowing any of the program to run. Saying that there is an unrecognized command: "StackReg " in line 262. I wonder if it is due to the space after stackReg with the newest version not having that, but I honestly have no idea, and do not want to tinker and break it further.

Attached are the complete error captured in a screen shot, the debug window, and a screenshot showing the pathway of the new StackReg file auto-updated from the BIG-EPFL, where it is indeed within the fiji plugins. Please help!! [
