2.3 pre release copter garbled info #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 2.3 pre copter
2. install latest charset
3. config with ct 2.3 pre

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be readable, it is unusable, bad text here and there and some things are 
out of place.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Found the problem, not related to 2.3...  I needed to read the wiki saying to 
connect both power sources when uploading charset. 12v and 5v
