Database grows extremely large because of old ManagedInstallReports, SystemProfile, and MissingManifests #118

I will write 2 rake tasks to make the process of pruning these tables a bit easier.

I will also modify the schedule.rb file to kick off these processes every night. After developing the configuration/settings system, these will be site-wide settings (ie, how many reports to dispose of).
