Rewrite shared package layout, now all the shared package are sort by Unit. Add bulk import support for shared packages

There are some jQuery animation bug that needs to be fixed, need to figure out a way to prevent the animation start before another one is end. Or a better option would be to complete the previous animation while new animations have just started
