Bug fix , Upgrade rails to 3.0.10, Inactive Computer User Notification

Fix UI bug on warranty widget when click "more"
Upgrade to Rails 3.0.10 from 3.0.3 (if everything works will proceed to upgrade to rails 3.1 ?)
Added crontabl job for inactive computer user notification, which will send out emails to the primary user of a computer that have not checked-in to the server for over 30 days. Currently primary user attribute basically return the most frequent user of a given machine. Hard coded to append email address after the login name (need to change this for your own deployment)
Bug fix warranty widget now scoped to Unit

Those are all bugs that I've noticed too and was about to report the 'clicking "more"' bug... Thanks Johnathan.

Jonathan, as I mentioned over email, I have pulled the appropriate commits manually and pushed them to the server.
