Not able to scroll using mouse..but when i use keyboards down and up key scrolling is working.

I experience this issue with elements. I'm using this widget to embed HTML5 documentation into an application. The documentation has multiple <iframe> elements that should be scrollable with the scroll wheel, but are not.
