Add support for setting apt-listchanges "which" items #58

Does not change current behavior, but allows setting unattended_mail_listchanges_which to either both or changelogs. This is helpful for instance with Debian 9, to be notified about the changelog of security updates have automatically been installed.

I am closing this PR since this role has been deprecated. Feel free to suggest alternatives in #98.
