Changed the path in the readme file for where the user should put the .inx and .py files in Mac OS X.

Just a small note from upstream: Recommend location for user-installed extensions is not inside the application bundle - use the user extensions directory (see 'Edit > Preferences > System > System Info: User extensions' for exact location). Loading extensions from the 'User extension' directory is supported on all platforms by the way (Linux, Windows and OS X).
