feat: Cocktail info splitup into notes and make hints #390

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. What is your idea?

We often need to differ in notes for the cocktail make process and some general cocktail info like history. It would be nice to add another field like in the ingredients.

Describe the solution you'd like. How should it look in the app?

With this addition the cocktail info modal could be reworked aswell - display the hints only on the main page, and generall info in the info modal.
