Fixing various problems #106

Fixed:

[x] Database query function (electron-app)
[x] how devices are displayed in home and devices (electron-app)
[x] removed automatic opening of dev tools (electron-app)
[x] ~fixed failing tests (device-identifier)~ (tests fail in the gh action, but pass locally)
[X] fix grpc call for device classification

On a less important note, the grpc call still does not work for me with the same error discussed yesterday (positional argument measurement missing...)
