Only set pixels in show(). Don't set it in setValueRGB and setValueHSV for compatibility with simulation environment
Decide for matrix representation instead of cartesian coordinates
- Ban x / y coordinates from code and only speak of rows and cols

Make Output.py an abstract class and derive a child each for simulation output (see #4) and for neopixel output.

Convert CamelCase to under_score names. Pls
