[Help] Waiting for Content #1040

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

I'm seeing the waiting for content message on the Panel and I'm unable to find the configuration issue.

Your apps.yaml is at the wrong location - it has to be in the homeassistant config folder ( /config/appdaemon/apps/ )

the client_user: "abcxyz" (picture 2) is equally set as in my tasmota config (picture 1) under Client: abcxyz , just had to blur it.

It has been automatically created at that location due to the AppDaemon update 15. Shall I do a copy under ( /config/appdaemon/apps/ ) or simply move the file?

with the app_dir config in your appdaemon.yaml you are moving the apps directory back to the old location

you need to move the apps.yaml back to the old location - and you can safely delete the apps folder at the "new" location

this is the only way updates though HACS continue to work ... wonderful change

Thanks a lot, I now have at least the clock working and the current date is shown, together with a bunch of cut-off messages stating "apps.yaml Not found". Step by step...

that's a good sign you just have to start configuring

the not found messages are related to your weather entity which isn't found

so you need to fix this in your apps.yaml
