PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

I am not able to add provided HA 2024.4 weather workaround as described here: https://docs.nspanel.pky.eu/stable/prepare_ha/#installing-lovelace-appdaemon-backend-application

I have splitted my configuration.yaml to a template.yaml and a sensor.yaml. How to apply the workaround in this case?

just remove the template: line shift everything to the left and add it to your template.yaml

Then i get this Bildschirmfoto 2024-04-02 um 15 39 07

you need to move every line to the left to fix the indentation not only the first one

Thanks its working!

I am struggling at a similar point. Issue with my configuration is, that the other entities template.yaml will then be only executed every hour. Can you share a screenshot of your template.yaml?

smartmatic commented 2 months ago

If you have multiple entries, the show differs a bit... I did not recognize your dash in front of the trigger keyword. Actually this configuration works (YAML is not really my friend):

just think of the dashes before the trigger and sensor
