Add presenter mode #8

In addition to the moderation mode, a view specifically tailored for presenters would be helpful. This view should feature

The target users for these modes are presenters which are supported by other moderation teams which have the normal moderation view. As such, the information contained in this view should be small and condensed.

An additional improvement / feature would be the ability to add internal comments to the questions in moderation mode. These comments should be shown in moderation mode and the new presenter view. This would allow the moderators to add additional information (e.g. prepare parts of the answer) for the presenters to the currently answered question. The target users are still the same, but the scenario is a little bit more extended.
