Need to get courseID in the api/systemSettings/VJFS_<user>_questions #1

We need to have have the course ID in the json for the user questions. This will lower the complexity of how the mentor app does all the stuff it needs for displaying questions to be corrected.

Fixed for now. Can probably be done better by adding a quiz array and questions to the quiz inside that.
