K-Weighting frequencies #3

Hi, shouldn't the high-shelf be at 2kHz and the low-pass at 60Hz for BS1770?

I haven't found the exact parameters for the K-filter used in the recommendation, just hints here and there on the net. The chosen values produces a frequency response that is identical to the curves presented in ITU-R BS.1770-4.
